Our Hoilday schedule is tenativly as follows. We will be closed November 26th - 30th For Thanksgiving break and shutdown. The market will actually be open on Friday the 28th and we may have light staff in the Balzac office but manufacturing and shipping will be closed the entire break.

Once again it is time for new crop arrivals to start to trickle in. The first two RA certified lots to come in so far this year have been exceptional.
