- HOUSE ROAST - This (American) roast profile produces a vivid flavor and
beautiful, light to medium brown in color bean, with no surface oils.
The unique flavor characterisics of the coffee are maintained producing

- DARK ROAST - This "Medium to City" style roast produces a slightly
bittersweet flavor and medium dark brown in color bean, with a
small hint of surface oils.
The unique flavor characterisics of the coffee are still present
but with a slight bittersweet taste. A good start to any day!
- FRENCH ROAST - This popular roast produces a slightly
"smokey" flavor with uniform character, a dark brown color,
and an oily bean surface. A good roast for espresso, plunge pot
or dark roast, drip brewing.

extraction of coffee flavors during most brewing applications.
Produces a dark and rich flavor. Not recomended for use on automatic
drip coffee makers with small brew baskets.
- COARSE GRIND - Medium fine grind good for most typical brewing
applications including automatic drip, cone filters, and plunge pots.
Also good for perculators and in low flow rate/long steeping period
applications where less extraction is required.
- WHOLE BEAN - This unground form allows you to grind the coffee
at brew time to your liking, producing the freshest possible results..
