This GREEN BEAN product is the unroasted, decaffeinated counterpart to our SINGLE ORIGIN EL SALVADORIAN coffee in bulk package. The utmost care has been taken to preserve the aromatic and mildly acidic characteristics of this wonderful coffee. During decaffeination we employ an environmentally friendly water process using no chemical additives or preservatives.
