This product is a decaffeinated blend of several of our RA central coffees in a 5LB economy pack; freshly decaffeinated from our current crop inventory several times each year. With each batch the utmost care has been taken to preserve the aromatic and mildly acidic characteristics of this wonderful coffee. During decaffeination we employ an environmentally friendly water process and as with all of our coffees, this offering was grown on farms that have been independently certified by the Rainforest Alliance The R.A. seal assures consumers that every farm is protecting wildlife, the environment, reforesting, and recycling.
