Fairly-traded
A relatively new approach to trade, one that includes informed consumers, honest and fair trade relationships and cooperative principles. At times used as a distinction from "Fair-trade" which has sought a unified certification mechanism at times out of step with the realities of grower who may not have the economic or social ability to meet all the criteria set by external and often international bodies.
