Coffee export stamps
Stamps to be affixed to Certificates of Origin for the purpose of validating such certificates which must be equivalent in value to the net weight of coffee covered by the certificate. The stamps are deposited with an agent appointed by the Executive Director and are released on the instructions of the Executive Director in accordance with procedures established for this purpose. * See also Release of stamps
